Help for Jenny

by an intruder her home became a ‘scene of crime’ and she had to be immediately accommodated elsewhere with her three very young children. There was much she had to leave behind. There was no option and it’s unlikely she will ever want to move back. She just had to cope. The final straw was that there was only a tiny fridge in her new home, not nearly big enough for the needs of a family of four. And she couldn’t take with her the baby’s carry cot and her toddler’s highchair.
We were pleased that The Moira Fund could provide these and a family-size fridge. Jenny and her homicide support worker have thanked us for our “generous support”, for making “such a difference”. We can only wish her continued strength in all the difficult days ahead.
